'Open Arms Childcare' is dedicated to childcare of the highest standards. Your child's welfare and happiness are our primary concern. In order to maintain our high standards and for the children to gain the maximum benefit from their visits the following terms and conditions apply:-
Age of admittance: Children between the ages of birth and 12 years are welcome
Opening times: The nursery is open all year round except Christmas and Boxing days. Opening times are 8am - 6pm. see our fee structures for sessions available. Public and bank holidays are at the discretion of the management and subject to demand. If your child attends an afternoon session but would like to have lunch, prior booking essential. Lunch starts at 12pm and there is an extra charge of £5.00 to cover food and care. Transport to and from your childs' local playgroup/LEA nursery is avaiable on request and extra charge. LEA funded sessions at 'Open Arms Childcare' run from 9.15am - 11.45am and 1pm - 3.30pm. If your child stays with us before and after these times, you will only have to pay for the wrap around care. Part sessions and extra sessions are extra charges and calculated by the full hour. Collection after 6pm will be charged at a rate of £10.00 per 15 minutes. Pre arranged late finishes (after 6pm) are charged at £5 per child for the full hour. A minimum of two sessions a week is advised so that your child gets to know staff and children. The kids club is open when the schools are not! School PD days and emergency school closures can also be accomodated
Fees: All fees are calculated weekly or monthly in advance.
